Luke was the first person that I contacted off of a postcard that came in the mail. I originally made the call as a joke thinking no one would want the house, and if they did they wouldn’t be able to get through the process quickly. The house was in real rough shape and I felt it was just getting worse with time. It truly needed a TON of work. He was very personable and didn’t push for me to get rid of the house. He spoke almost like he wanted to be sure I wanted to get rid of it and tried to talk through the other possibilities. He communicated like a friend and not someone just looking to make a profit or anything like that. I’m glad I made the phone call and he was the postcard I picked! Then Jenna became the main person contacting me about the house. Jenna was able to help me get a major problem off my shoulders.. I simply didn’t have the time to spend on fixing it up and everything else repairing a house would need with everything going on in my life.

This was the most simple process of selling a home. I did not think I would be able to sell until I made it back to Louisville. Thank you for getting us through the process and putting some money in my pocket.
